Joomla Contact Us Form Error 500 SEF

I have recently encounter a problem Error 500 with running SEF on a joomla website. I was stumbled because all SMTP configuration in the Joomla (Site -> General Configurations ->Server) where correct. How to get to “Add or Remove Programs” or “Programs and Features” Panels from Run or Command Prompt

Since Windows 95 it always took couple steps to get to the “Add or Remove Programs” in Windows XP or “Programs and Features” in Windows Vista or Windows 7. Here is the quickest way to access the Add or Remove.
Sometimes it is easier to ask somebody to press couple keyboard shortcut and enter panel name to get to a panel then to walk then trough the process of start -> control panel-> … etc. Plus Microsoft keeps changing the way you access it.
Here is what I use most of the time; it should work for Windows XP, Windows Vista and the latest

Nothing is better then saving some Bucks but still keeping the cool features of mobile SMS. Google Voice is the hot topic around VoIP companies and many consumers. I don’t text that much usually people text me if they can’t get hold of me etc. So seeing a $.40 per message is not a big thing but it can add up, plus I started to give my Google voice number to people, but i didn’t enabled the feature to forward text messages to my phone(I don’t want to pay for SMS). So looking around in the settings of my Google Voice Account I found out that they have this really cool feature. SMS to your Gmail account, this is how it works

How to Fix Error: The IP address “” you have entered for this network adapter is already assigned to another adapter Name of adapter

I have just Virtualized a Server and I when I tried to assign the same IP Address it had when it was a Physical machine I get an Error:
The IP address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX you have entered for this network adapter is already assigned to another adapter Name of adapter. Name of adapter is hidden from the network and Dial-up Connections folder because it is not physically in the computer or is a legacy adapter that is not working. If the same address is assigned to both adapters and they become active, only one of them will use this address. This may result in incorrect system configuration. Do you want to enter a different IP address for this adapter in the list of IP addresses in the advanced dialog box?
